Millions from hundreds - business land for the next decade is the focus for Enterprise Franklin’s annual Property Forum to commence at 4pm on Wednesday March 10th and will one of the very first corporate events to be held at the brand new Hampton Downs Motorsport Park facility off State Highway 1 in Te Kauwhata.

The Forum will give investors, land owners, developers and other interested parties the opportunity to gain as much information as possible about the potential for property investment and development in the region south of Auckland.

Astrid Lambert, CEO of Enterprise Franklin, will open the proceedings with an update on Auckland Governance and the implications the changes will have upon current and future property development projects. Ms Lambert will also discuss the work of Connect Franklin - a group focused on providing Franklin businesses and residents with unbiased information and assistance on how to obtain high speed broadband and related services.

Greg Akehurst of Market Economics will provide an update on the economy starting at a national level and then zoom down to a local level. Greg will also give some context around what the economic benefits will be from the specific development projects that will be talked about at the Forum. Progress reports on the Whangarata Business Park, Pokeno Land Consortium and the Drury South Business Project spearheaded by Stevenson Group will be presented at the Forum as well.

Jamie Kett, CEO of Hampton Downs Motorsport Park, give an overview of what has been achieved to date at Hampton Downs and what the next stages in the development are.
