Enterprise Franklin has received funding from the Ministry of Social Development to work with the owners of undeveloped business land in Tuakau to develop a vision and plan for the land so that we can start to attract businesses to locate in this area. EFDT will be working to maximize the outcomes for the Franklin community from Council’s rezoning of business land on Bollard Road under Plan Change 22.
