In 1902 Rudyard Kipling wrote;
I KEEP six honest serving-men
(They taught me all I knew);
Their names are What and Why and When
And How and Where and Who.
These six questions are a good place to start when planning your marketing.
I'll group them in this way:
WHAT are the features of your product or service?
WHY would your customers buy?
WHO are your customers?
WHERE will you find your customers?
HOW will you reach them and
WHEN will you promote to them?
In subsequent posts to this forum, I want to cover each of them in turn and use what we have found out to put together a cost-effective marketing plan.
